APPOINTMENT RULES

  • PLEASE REQUEST YOUR PREFIX NUMBER WITH YOUR VENDOR/CUSTOMER BEFORE SETTING APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NEED IT. EVERY VENDOR/CUSTOMER HAS A DIFFERENT PREFIX NUMBER.
  • SAME DAY LOADS WITHOUT APPOINTMENT, DUE TO NOT SCHEDULING OR NOT RESCHEDULING:
    • WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $100 DOLLAR FEE ON REGULAR WORK SCHEDULE HOURS.
    • WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $150 DOLLAR FEE AFTER 5:30 PM -8 PM WEEKDAYS(NON-HOLIDAYS) & SATURDAYS 9AM-1PM
    • WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $300 DOLLAR FEE SUNDAYS 9AM -1 PM & HOLIDAYS(SCHEDULE VARIANT)
  • IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, IF THERE IS AN AVAILABLE SPOT TO GET LOADED WE WILL TRY AND LOAD BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
  • IF YOU ARRIVE LATE (10 MINUTES AFTER APPOINTMENT TIME, IS CONSIDERED LATE) FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN OUR HOURS OF OPERATION WE WILL TRY AND LOAD YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE SPOT TO GET LOADED.
  • IF ANY OF THE TWO ABOVE APPLY TO YOU, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY FINES BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM DELAYS ON YOUR LOADS.
  • APPOINTMENTS POSTPONED FOR A LATER DATE MUST BE NOTIFIED SAME DAY BEFORE 5:30 PM CENTRAL, OR A NEW APPOINTMENT MUST BE SET
  • APPOINTMENTS MISSED MUST BE RESCHEDULED, YOU WILL GET A NOTIFICATION SAYING THE APPOINTMENT WAS NOT MET, BUT IT IS STILL THE BROKER’S, CUSTOMER’S OR DISPATCH RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK DOWN DRIVERS AND RESCHEDULING.
  • IF YOU ARE PICKING UP DIFFERENT ORDERS FROM DIFFERENT VENDORS MAKE SURE TO REPORT ALL PO NUMBERS UPON ARRIVAL.
  • BY CLICKING SUBMIT, AFTER FILLING APPOINTMENT SET UP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE RULES STIPULATED HERE


CONSUMPTION GOODS PICK UPS

IF YOU ARE HERE TO PICK UP FOOD PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAILER IS SWEPT OUT AND THE TRAILER IS DRY (IF NOT DRY YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TIL IT DOES).
REASONS FOR REFUSAL OR DELAYS:
  • BAD ODOR OR STRONG SOAP ODOR.
  • SUBSTANCE ON FLOOR THAT CAN STICK TO PRODUCT.
    • BLOOD, OILY OR GREASY FLOOR.
    • BROKEN GLASS
    • DAMAGED WALLS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO GOODS (EXAMPLE: STICKING OUT PIECES OF WOOD)
  • MOLD
  • LEAKY ROOF
  • PEANUTS or ALLERGENS (DEFINITE REFUSAL)+
  • HOLES ON WALLS AND FLOORS
IF THE TRAILER HAS ONE OF THESE ISSUES YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SPOT OR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT SPOT AVAILABLE.
